There are times that things don’t work as planned, and an appointment may be missed. Due to the fact that our practices tends to book well in advance, a missed appointment could be a missed opportunity for somebody else. In fairness to our clients and to our practitioners, We have a Cancellation Policy. If you need to reschedule or to cancel an appointment, we require a 48 hour notification to accommodate the necessary voicemails and return calls. You may cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours in advance.
In the case of a No-Show, the normal appointment fee will be charged. There are exceptional circumstances that we can discuss, and agree to what is fair. Your time is just as valuable as our time is, and the cancellation policy is in place to be the greatest benefit to all of us.
